Administration Support Specialist - Level II

12 Months / 910 hours
Training will be broken up into classroom sessions covering computer basics, keyboarding and the basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access along with a basic understanding of customer service, communication and other key business skills. Training will be held at ProTRAIN’s computer lab and will be delivered in a combination of instructor-led and self-paced (assisted by an instructor) training.12 Months / 910 hours

Administration Support Specialist - Level 1.5

9 Months / 682.5 hours
Training will be broken up into classroom sessions covering computer basics, keyboarding (with a goal of achieving at least 25 word per minute) and the basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Project/Project Management and QuickBooks along with a basic understanding of Customer Service, Communication and other key business skills. Training will be held at ProTRAIN’s computer lab and will be delivered in a combination of instructor-led and self-paced (assisted by an instructor) training.

Administration Support Specialist - Level 1

6 Months / 455 hours
Training will be broken up into classroom sessions covering computer basics, keyboarding and the basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access along with a basic understanding of customer service, communication and other key business skills. Training will be held at ProTRAIN’s computer lab and will be delivered in a combination of instructor-led and self-paced (assisted by an instructor) training.

ESL, Computer and Business Skills for Spanish Speakers

Currently at Richland Office Only
9 to 12 Months / 682.5 to 910 hours
ProTRAIN will deliver English, computer and office skills training in a classroom environment, over the course of 12 months, to assist the client in obtaining the needed skills to be a competitive applicant in an entry-level position in an office setting.

Phase 1 – English as a Second Language (ESL) – This portion of the training plan has been developed in partnership with a Master-level teacher with an ESL endorsement. This program prepares the client to transition to the workforce and incorporates skills such as critical thinking, self-management and effective communication.

Phase 2 – Computer and Business Skills – Training will be broken up into classroom sessions covering computer basics, keyboarding and the basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access along with a basic understanding of customer service, communication and other key business skills.

IT Specialist Level II

12 Months / 910 hours
Training will be broken up into classroom sessions covering computer basics, keyboarding and the basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+) along with a basic understanding of customer service, communication and other key business skills. Training will be held at ProTRAIN’s computer lab and will be delivered in a combination of hands-on instructor-led and self-paced (assisted by an instructor) training.

IT Specialist

Six to eight weeks / 105 to 140 hours
Training will be broken up into three (3) parts – CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+. Over the course of the six to eight weeks, time will also be spent on customer service and communication training as this is a key skill that usually gets overlooked with IT training programs. All training will be delivered at ProTRAIN’s computer lab.

Medical Administration Support Specialist – Level 1

12 Months / 910 hours
Training will be broken into classroom session covering computing with Microsoft Office, Health Information Technology, Anatomy and Medical Terminology, along with a basic understanding of customer service, communication, and office skills needed for a career in medical office administration. Training will be held at ProTRAIN’s computer lab and will be delivered in a combination of instructor-led and self-paced (instructor-assisted) training.

Customer Service Specialist – Level 1

10 Months / 752.5 hours
Training will be broken up into classroom sessions covering computer basics, keyboarding and the basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Project Management and Customer Service, Communication and other key business skills. Training will be held at ProTRAIN’s computer lab and will be delivered in a combination of instructor-led and self-paced (assisted by an instructor) training.

Administrative Technician

3 weeks / 105 hours
Training will be broken up into 13 classroom sessions covering Microsoft Office, Customer Service and Communication. In addition to the 13 classroom sessions, the last two days of training will be reserved for review and for taking the Microsoft Office Specialists certification exams. Support materials (textbooks, practice exercises, certification exams, etc.) are included in the cost of the program.

Service Advisor

Six Months / 455 hours
Training will be broken up into classroom sessions focused on the Service Advisor position all while covering computer basics, keyboarding and the basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access along with a basic understanding of customer service, communication and other key business skills. Training will be held at ProTRAIN’s computer lab and will be delivered in a combination of instructor-led and self-paced (assisted by an instructor) training.
