I’ve taken several ProTrain classes and highly recommend them as a cost-effective way to learn software applications. The classes offer hands-on training and are very informative and thorough. The instructor is gifted at clearly communicating the course material and is skilled at teaching students of varying competency levels.  Opportunities are given to allow students to focus on topics that directly affect their specific work situations.  The instructor also makes himself available via email to answer question even months after the class.
