We will contact the Requestor and/or the Billing person to verify billing information. After billing information is verified a "Registration Confirmation" form will be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must reschedule or cancel within 5 days of their registration confirmation being sent.

In our continued effort to keep the cost of training down, and because some of our classes are so popular, we must enforce our cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel your attendance in a class please let us know within (5) days of your registration being sent. Cancellations occurring less than the stated cancellation period, in advance of the class date, will be charged in full. Substitutions are always welcome at any time. If someone's schedule is highly susceptible to last minute changes, perhaps designating a substitute in case of changes would be helpful. When billed for a course that is not taken due to a cancellation, there is a maximum 12 month period for the retake at no additional charge to you. Thank you for your understanding.
