Payment Terms

 

Payment Terms for Premium Courses

Full payment (or billing information) is required 10 business days prior to beginning the class, or immediately if the class is booked within 10 business days of the class starts date. Valid payments include check, credit card, money order or pre-approved purchase orders/contract numbers. Payment terms or arrangements require an approval by Management.

 

Payment Terms for Microsoft Courses

Full payment (or billing information) is required 5 business days prior to beginning the class, or immediately if the class is booked within 5 business days of the class starts date. Valid payments include check, credit card, money order or pre-approved purchase orders/contract numbers. Payment terms arrangements require an approval by Management.

 


Intermediate Class Policy

Intermediate courses require completion of Beginning courses or equivalent experience.

Advanced courses require completion of both Beginning and Intermediate courses or equivalent experience.


Cancellation Policy

Please refer to your Registration Confirmation paper work for
individual course and
cancellation policies.

In our continued effort to keep the cost of training down, and because some of our classes are so popular, we must enforce our cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel your attendance in a class please let us know at least five (5) business days after registration date or up to fourteen (14) business days for the premium courses. Cancellations occurring more than the stated cancellation period, after the registration date, will be charged in full. Substitutions are always welcome at any time. If someone's schedule is highly susceptible to last minute changes, perhaps designating a substitute in case of changes would be helpful. When billed for a course that is not taken due to a cancellation, there is a maximum 12 month period for the retake at no additional charge to you. Thank you for your understanding.


Rental Cancellation Policy . . .

A cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total fee will be charged if cancellation occurs thirty to sixteen (30 - 16) business days prior to program start date; one hundred (100%) of the total fee will be charged if cancellation occurs (15) business days or less prior to program start date.


Inclement Weather Policies

PROTRAIN uses the professionally evaluated In-Town, Non-Essential, Hanford Employee delays that are reliably announced on the local radio stations early in the mornings.

Our full day classes are delayed the same period of time as announced delays up to 2 hours. Our full day classes are cancelled and rescheduled if delays are longer than 2 hours.

Delayed classes will take a shorter lunch break (30 minutes).
If necessary delayed classes will end 30 minutes later (4:30pm).
Morning half day classes are cancelled and rescheduled with any announced delays.
Afternoon half day classes will run as scheduled unless the work day is completely cancelled or released early.

We are happy to work with each individual when rescheduling.
