COURSE LEVEL - Intermediate

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course shows students how to create Extensible Markup Language (XML) documents and use the resulting data in a Web based application. It takes a look at the implications of XML on e-commerce, content management and navigating a knowledge space. By the end of the class the student will be able to markup static data, encapsulate dynamic data and merge disparate data sources.

COURSE LENGTH - 24 Hours

PREREQUISITE

Students are required to have HTML experience, a solid knowledge of Active Server Pages, and/or successful completion of Beginning Active Server Pages. Knowledge of SQL is helpful but not required.
