These classes are designed to
REVIEW the program features required
to successfully pass the Microsoft Office Specialist test for the featured Office
2000 program.
Participants are expected to be familiar with the required features of
the program—class time will not be taken up with basic feature instruction.
The class will be spent reviewing and practicing. The final test for the
EXPERT certification will be administered during the last hour of the day.
Our Microsoft Certified
instructors that have already passed the EXPERT level exam will teach these
courses! The cost of the class is $229, which includes the
$80 fee for the Microsoft Office Specialist exam. PROTRAIN instructors will do their best to
adequately prepare participants for the exam, but PROTRAIN cannot guarantee the
outcome of the exam—it is strictly dependent on individual skill level and
knowledge, and the ability to follow directions closely. No refunds will
be given for unsuccessful attempts to pass the exam.
